About Charlene

I am an Advanced Certified Rolfer®, as well as a Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario.

I was first certified as a Rolfer® by the Dr. Ida Rolf Institute (DIRI) in Boulder, CO in 2015, and received my designation as an Advanced Rolfer® in 2023. I am currently a candidate in the Teacher-in-Training program, serving as an assistant instructor in DIRI’s Basic Certification Training program.

I have also studied Visceral Manipulation with the Barral Institute and Craniosacral therapy at the Cranial Therapy Centre (Toronto). I have done thousands of hours of mentoring and training in both manual and movement therapies.

I have been a student of yoga and meditation for over two decades, and was first certified as a yoga teacher in 2007.

I earned a Master of Music degree from the Paris Conservatory of Music in 2008, and am currently a student in the Centre for Training in Psychotherapy’s six-year psychodynamic psychotherapy program.
